Why CakeSplit exists
Game UI should not have to be rebuilt by hand just because the source file is flat.
CakeSplit started from a common production mess: a game UI arrives as one flattened image, but the team needs buttons, icons, frames, bars, and badges as separate assets.
The old answer is manual masking, naming, exporting, and rechecking. It works, but it eats the hours artists and developers need for the actual game.
We are building CakeSplit as a focused asset lab: upload the flat screen, let AI propose the split, inspect the result, then export usable layers into the tools your team already uses.
CakeSplit is in early access. Send product feedback to support@cakesplit.com.
